How to write orders
There are two types of orders, internal orders and external orders. The internal orders deal with the running of the nation while the external orders deal with other nations. Trading with a nation can be placed in Internal because of how it will relate to those orders. All orders should be as factual as possible, the less there is to read the less there is to get wrong. With very long orders (generally invasions and campaigns) it is worth having sub headings. Below are two example orders for a semi-fictional nation to show how you can write orders and what to put in them. A blank template of each type of order is also available; internal & external, if a part of the template is not needed for that turn, remove it. Finally, these templates are guides and you will not be penalised for not following them (though I like to think they are conducive to better orders).
My comments about the orders are in green pen, you don't need to include comments, they are here to provide a little insight.

I have a copy of your results from last turn and it's a matter of 30 seconds at most to find out what levels everything was at last turn, if you've kept your Team Information up to date then I will also give you the correct number of research points!
