This is a Belbin test to allow you to better determine what kind of teams you should look into joining.

In each section you must tick the one, two or three most appropriate sentences about yourself. Then distribute 10 points between the sentences that apply to you. They can be split as you wish, the more points the more accurately you feel they reflect you. You must allocate all 10 points.
